The value for money was excellent and our room was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic time staying in this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hostel was spotlessly clean, with comfortable rooms and beautiful windows. The location was perfect, close to transportation options and with plenty of nearby dining choices. We also loved the cafe, which hosted music nights and other fun activities.

The only minor downside was that the provided blankets could have been thicker, considering the weather.

I had a great stay at Hi - Portland Northwest. The 4-people bedrooms were spacious and my roommates were friendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance of both the city center and Washington Park. The hostel had enough toilets, so I never had to wait for a shower or to use the bathroom. I recommend this hostel for its good quality and cost.

The staff at Hi - Portland Northwest were incredibly helpful, especially when I arrived late at night. The location of the hostel was also great, being just a short walk from the downtown area. The single private room I had was really comfortable and cozy, and it was definitely good value for the price. The hostel itself was beautiful, with high ceilings and a well-designed interior. The room and bathrooms were clean, and I appreciated the environmentally friendly amenities. The cafe on site was also a nice touch, and the common areas were inviting. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend Hi - Portland Northwest to others.

I recently stayed at Hi - Portland Northwest for a few nights. We loved the comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and great common spaces. the on-site bar/cafe was convenient and the included bagel and coffee breakfast was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hostel is superb, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood has a charming feel and is great for exploring on foot. The hostel cafe offers delicious burgers, and the free breakfast includes a choice of bagel and coffee/tea. The facilities are great, with two outdoor areas and a common area for socializing with other guests.

The staff at the hostel seemed untrained and made several mistakes during check-in, leading to confusion and inconvenience for guests.

hi - portland northwest exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay in portland. even better than my previous stays in the city, with great facilities, clean rooms, and a wonderful cafe/bar/restaurant. the staff was excellent and made me feel right at home.
